Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily invoicing and billing of shipment waybills.
  • Load and maintain rates and services within the parcel management system.
  • Process credit notes and rebills accurately.
  • Support broader sales admin duties as needed.
  • Compile weekly and monthly sales and client reports.
  • Use AI tools to work more efficiently and accurately, and move with the times.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Excel skills - important.
  • Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work - a must.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in billing and invoicing.
  • Understanding of invoicing and rate loading on a parcel management system, and of freight industry services.
  • Experience in a billing, invoicing, or freight admin role is an advantage.
