About the Opportunity

This opportunity is ideal for an individual passionate about business development, client engagement and building relationships within the international financial services industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Private Wealth Managers to identify prospective clients, generate qualified leads and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, referrals, networking and lead-generation activities.
• Generate and qualify business opportunities for Private Wealth Managers.
• Schedule client meetings and introductory consultations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients, including high-net-worth individuals.
• Support business development initiatives and client acquisition strategies.
• Develop an understanding of offshore investment solutions, international wealth management and financial planning services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business development activities.
• Assist with diary management, appointment coordination and general administrative responsibilities.
• Work towards agreed business development targets and performance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Secondary school qualification or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, client acquisition or relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and administrative abilities.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, investments or wealth management advantageous.
• An interest in offshore investments and international financial markets.
