Minimum requirements:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years' relevant experience within the SETA, QCTO and/or Skills Development environment;
Proven experience selling learnerships, skills programmes, short courses, SDF services, including discretionary grants, and other training interventions
A demonstrable track record of successful B2B sales
Proven experience in generating own leads and developing new business
Experience managing the full sales cycle
Demonstrated ability to close sales
Experience developing tailor-made training and/or Skills Development solutions
Strong working knowledge of the B-BBEE Skills Development element
Practical understanding of the SETA and QCTO environments
Experience engaging senior corporate decision-makers
An established professional network relevant to the role
Previous CRM experience
