• Proven sales experience within the Clearing & Forwarding / Freight Forwarding industry
• A strong track record in new business development
• Solid understanding of freight forwarding and logistics solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A target-driven, ambitious and commercially minded approach
• The confidence and independence to own your sales pipeline and results
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
