Structural Engineer

• Independently manage multiple projects, ensuring project objectives are achieved.
• Liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, calculations, and engineering documentation.
• Lead and manage structural engineering projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards, project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Execute conceptual designs, contribute to feasibility studies, and develop optimised and value-engineered structural solutions.
• Provide technical and design leadership on a variety of structural engineering projects.
• Utilise advanced proficiency in Prokon, Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software to deliver engineering solutions.
• Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete, structural steel, and load-bearing structures.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to their technical development and professional growth.
• Conduct site inspections and attend project and client meetings as required.
• Travel to project sites and client locations when necessary.

BEng/BSc Civil Engineering

ECSA Professional Registration (Pr. Eng), or Candidate close to professional registration

Minimum 3-5+ years' structural engineering experience

Experience with concrete, steel, and multi-storey commercial structures

Sound proficiency in Prokon and finite element analysis software

Strong knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD

Strong project management, time management, leadership, and client relationship skills - excellent communication skills and a Team Player

Valid driver's license and own vehicle

Remuneration
