The kitchen needs reliable people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a close team. You will help with daily prep and service, and keep standards high in a fast-paced kitchen.
Please note that applicants must live in the False Bay area (Ocean View, Fish Hoek, Kommietjie or Noordhoek). Applications from outside these areas will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to the kitchen's standard
- Help with daily prep, stock and kitchen set up
- Work your section during service
- Keep your station clean and follow food safety rules
- Support the rest of the kitchen team where needed
What We Are Looking For
- Must live in Ocean View, Fish Hoek, Kommietjie or Noordhoek
- Must have the legal right to work in South Africa
- Previous kitchen experience as a chef or cook
- Basic food hygiene knowledge
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure
Salary and Benefits
Market-related, negotiable based on experience.
