RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparing formal documentation and gathering all relevant correspondence and supporting documents for home loan applications on E4
  • Attending to the signing of documents via ProSign
  • Handling bond cancellations
  • Uploading final documentation on Stordoc
  • Maintaining accurate and organised client and matter records

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in conveyancing, specifically ABSA home loans
  • Proficiency in E4 and Stordoc
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SARS
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Knowledge of Docomply and experience in maintaining and uploading company CIPC documentation will be an added advantage.
