Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Legal Secretary, Paralegal or Conveyancing qualification (advantageous)
  • 3 - 5 years' Transfer Secretary experience essential with a stable employment record
  • Experience with Sheriff Transfers advantageous
  • Experience with Conveyancing Packages, including LexisConvey and E4
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Take ownership of conveyancing transactions from beginning to end, including preparation of final accounts
  • Prepare and maintain files accurately according to required specifications
  • Effective stakeholder communication is essential for both internal and external parties
