Their Legal Client Services team supports client matters and converts and onboards new clients.
Job Summary:
We are looking for leader to join a high-performing English residential conveyancing team that generates conveyancing fees for our blue chip law firm client in England. You will combine your technical conveyancing and leadership skills to deliver a high-quality client experience, whilst managing our legal risk and delivering exceptional value to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise conveyancing fees for our client.
- Oversee your team’s caseload whilst managing your own.
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Ensure compliance with our client’s risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly.
- Proactively communicate with key stakeholders.
- Deliver data-driven insights to our client that drive continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the UK conveyancing space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Qualified Conveyancer
Requirements:
- Minimum three (3) years’ residential conveyancing experience.
- Conveyancing experience in English law
- Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays.
- Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Own transport.
Skills
- Detailed knowledge of residential conveyancing in South Africa and/or the United Kingdom. Ability to build and lead high-performing legal teams.
- A passion for developing people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech savvy with excellent AI and Microsoft Office skills.
