Credit Application Coordinator

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organised administrator who enjoys working with people, managing documentation and keeping processes on track.

What you'll be doing

• Communicating with clients to request financial information and supporting documents, and following up on outstanding items.
• Reviewing and organising bank statements, financial statements and other documentation to ensure submission requirements are met.
• Preparing credit applications, including relevant client information, equipment details and business impact.
• Submitting applications to the credit department and keeping clients informed throughout the process.
• Preparing approval letters, contracts and other post-approval documentation.
• Coordinating final requirements, including insurance documentation and DocuSign.
• Tracking applications, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal administrative procedures.

What you'll need

• Matric and at least 3-4 years' relevant administrative or industry experience.
• A BCom degree or related qualification would be advantageous.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and confidence dealing with clients (English and Afrikaans)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to manage multiple applications, follow up consistently and meet deadlines.
• Own transport.

Salary

IThe proposed salary for the role is R20k - R25k per month - the final offer will depend on qualifications, experience and skills.
