Job Description:

As part of a collaborative engineering team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of scalable data services and analytics platforms designed to support sophisticated data-driven applications

Responsibilities will include:

• Building ETL and query services that deliver data to modern front-end applications.
• Developing and maintaining high-quality, robust software solutions.
• Creating comprehensive automated tests to ensure correctness, performance, and reliability.

• Designing and developing APIs that enable seamless integration between systems.
• Contributing to data architecture and microservices design.
• Supporting and improving CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines.
• Building, releasing, and deploying services into production environments.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within a highly specialised data and analytics domain.

• Exposure to large-scale data environments ranging from small datasets to petabyte-scale platforms.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a data-focused software engineering role.
• Strong Java development experience and a solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Strong SQL and database design experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and data-intensive applications.
• Experience with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and microservice architectures.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for building reliable, scalable software

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
