About the Role

We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy and forward-thinking Digital Creative & Social Media Specialist to bring our hospitality and tourism brands to life online.

This diverse role combines graphic design, social media, digital content, CRM, email marketing and creative campaign development. We’re looking for someone who can create content that captures attention, tells a story, drives engagement and ultimately supports business growth.

You’ll manage and develop content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, while supporting newsletters, email campaigns, WhatsApp communications, guest engagement and digital platforms. You’ll also monitor analytics, online reputation and emerging digital trends to continually improve our content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphic and digital content for marketing campaigns, promotions and social media.

• Develop and manage social-media content calendars and campaigns.

• Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

• Write engaging captions, headlines and digital copy.

• Adapt and repurpose content across different platforms and formats.

• Assist with photography, videography and video editing.

• Keep website content, imagery and promotions current and engaging.

• Support email marketing, newsletters, CRM and WhatsApp communications.

• Monitor social-media performance, analytics and online reputation.

• Stay up to date with social-media trends, algorithms, AI and emerging digital tools.

• Identify new ideas and technologies that can improve digital marketing and content creation.

• Travel to various properties when required and create authentic, engaging content on location.

Requirements

Essential:

• Relevant qualification or proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media, communications or a related creative field.

• Strong graphic-design skills and knowledge of relevant design software.

• Demonstrable social-media experience, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

• Strong written and visual communication skills.

• Understanding of digital marketing principles and social-media analytics.

• Valid, unrestricted driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.

• Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends when required.

Advantageous:

• Hospitality, tourism, travel, lifestyle or luxury-brand experience.

• Photography and videography experience.

• Experience with AI and emerging creative technologies.

• Website content management, SEO and email marketing experience.
