Position Overview

Zynga is looking for a strategic, experienced, and intellectually curious Ad Revenue & Analytics Lead to join our world-class advertising team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end analytics and optimization strategy for Zynga's advertising inventory, challenging conventional thinking and driving measurable revenue impact across our portfolio of mobile games. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that blends technical rigor with business leadership. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor analysts, and translate complex data into strategies that move the business forward.

What You'll Do

• Define and own the roadmap for key ad revenue initiatives that maximize revenue across Zynga's advertising inventory
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from ideation through rollout across our game portfolio
• Stay close to daily ad revenue performance, flagging anomalies, diagnosing shifts, and surfacing optimization opportunities, while keeping ad monetization leadership informed of trends and their business implications
• Lead the design and execution of complex A/B tests; translate findings into actionable strategies
• Collaborate with product and central analytics teams, driving alignment and shared ownership of ads revenue outcomes
• Partner with data science on ML and AI-powered models to improve ad targeting, pricing, and inventory optimization
• Mentor and provide technical and strategic guidance to junior analysts on the team

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in a data-intensive analytics role
• Prior experience in mobile gaming or advertising is a big plus
• Expert-level SQL skills
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, statistical modeling, and automation
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or equivalent BI/dashboarding tools
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI tools as applied to revenue analytics
• A self-starter who identifies problems, builds the case, and drives solutions to completion - without waiting for direction
• Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
• Intellectual curiosity and a challenger mindset - unafraid to question assumptions and push for deeper insight
• Strong project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

What We Offer You

The pay range for this position in Ontarioat the start of employment is expected to be between $96,400 and $130,660 per Year.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $118,900 and $150,760 per year.

However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such

as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. 

Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.

Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
