Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded and highly organised Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to cover maternity leave and manage the Jack Friedman brand across social media, content, e-commerce, SEO and campaign activity. This role goes well beyond general social media coordination: the successful candidate will be responsible for luxury jewellery marketing, brand storytelling, content creation, digital campaigns and reporting across the full marketing function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing Instagram and Facebook, organic content and paid advertising, from strategy through to publishing and reporting, including content calendars, scheduling, luxury-toned captions, and Meta Ads run strategically rather than simply boosting posts
• Writing luxury brand copy across diamonds, engagement rings, wedding jewellery, gemstones and gifting, communicating craftsmanship, rarity and emotion without sounding generic
• Updating and improving e-commerce and website content, applying basic SEO principles across product pages, headings and internal linking
• Managing SEO and content marketing: keyword research, on-page SEO, Search Console and GA4 basics, and maintaining rankings for key commercial terms like engagement rings and diamond rings
• Creating social, Reels and Story concepts, directing product photography, and editing basic video content with a strong luxury aesthetic
• Managing campaigns end to end: concept, calendar, rollout and reporting, across seasonal moments (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, wedding and engagement season) and product launches
• Coordinating influencers, PR and celebrity/brand partnerships, prioritising brand alignment over follower count
• Tracking and reporting on social, website and campaign analytics
