Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Manage monthly accounting processes and reconciliations
- Monitor property-related income and expenditure
- Analyse financial results and investigate variances
- Support budgeting, forecasting and audit requirements
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
- Minimum 3 years' relevant Financial Accounting experience
- Strong financial reporting and reconciliation experience
- Proficient Microsoft Excel and accounting systems knowledge
