? THE ROLE

You’ll take responsibility for a broad range of financial accounting functions, ensuring the business has accurate, timely and meaningful financial information to support decision-making.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Financial Reporting
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Preparation of annual financial statements
  • Month-end and year-end processes
  • General ledger management and reconciliations
  • Financial analysis and reporting
? Full Finance Function
  • Accounts payable and receivable oversight
  • Cash flow management
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • VAT and statutory requirements
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Maintaining strong financial controls
  • Supporting audits and external stakeholders
? Business Support
  • Working closely with management and operational teams
  • Providing financial insights to support business decisions
  • Identifying discrepancies and resolving financial issues
  • Improving financial processes and controls

? THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

BCom Accounting degree

Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles

3-5 years post-articles experience

CaseWare is an Advantage

Strong financial accounting and reporting experience

Experience preparing financial statements

Comfortable handling a full finance function

Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge

Detail-oriented, organised and deadline-driven

Commercially minded with a hands-on approach

Someone who wants to grow with the business and become a key member of the finance team
