Financial Manager

Job description:

• Lead the finance function and oversee day-to-day financial operations
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and board reporting packs
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital requirements
• Review Income Statement and Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations and internal controls
• Oversee VAT, payroll and statutory reporting requirements
• Manage annual audits and liaise with external auditors
• Lead, develop and mentor finance team members
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years' of Financial Management experience
• Strong financial reporting and commercial finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification :

• BCom Accounting or related degree
• Completed SAICA Articles preferred
• CA(SA) advantageous
