Financial Manager

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements, focusing on commercial terms.
• Oversee work orders in partnership with the Project Management Office (PMO) team.
• Conduct actual versus projected income analysis across various projects.
• Monitor project profitability and evaluate financial viability.
• Develop and optimise systems and processes to improve business performance.
• Support commercial decision-making through insightful financial reporting.
• Manage and maintain the company's financial management systems.
• Identify opportunities for increased profitability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare, analyse, and interpret financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and statements.
• Assist with strategic planning and comprehensive business analysis.
• Oversee payments, expenses, cash flow, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
• Manage the debtors function and administer employee benefit schemes.
• Monitor revenue and expenditure to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Perform regular profitability analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements.
• Prepare tax returns and statutory filings.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting systems.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to management.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• Completion of SAICA or SAIPA articles.
• Between 3 to 5 years of post-articles experience.
• Strong skills in financial reporting and management accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and results-driven approach.

Familiarity with the following:
