Key requirement
- Relevant qualifications (Diploma in Humana resources, Business Administration, Operations management)
- Experience within the security, cleaning, facilities management, contract services or similar multi-ste operational environment
- Minimum of 5 year's experience in workforce, operations, payroll, employee administration or similar operational support role
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and sound working knowledge of MS Office suite
- Experience using Velocity, Prof1t, SAP or similar workforce management and payroll systems
- Experience working with workforce management, payroll, HRIS operational management systems
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and manage high volumes of administrative information
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Working knowledge of workforce planning principles, payroll administration , labor legislation and client service level agreements (SLAs)
- Provide effective workforce administration and operational support
- Coordinate workforce planning, maintaining accurate employee and operational records
- Monitor workforce compliance , supporting payroll administration and producing workforce management reports
- Provide efficient deployment of employees, compliance with client service level agreement, legislative requirements and company policies
- Ensure workforce information is accurate, complete and maintained across operational systems
