HR Intern

Job Purpose

The HR Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Department across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance and development administration, payroll data capturing, employee benefits, health and safety, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Matric ( Grade 12 )
• N4 -N6 Certificate In Human Resources
• Diploma In Human Resources
• Work Integrated Learning Letter (Advantage )

Requirements

Required Experience

• 0-6 Months Experience
• Familiar with full-cycle On-Boarding & Off boarding

Required Knowledge

• Knowledge of MS Office Packages (Word, Excel, PPT & Outlook)
• Basic understanding of labour legislation.
