HR Manager Position
Reporting to: Management | Seniority Level: Management
Role Description:
- Full "end-to-end" HR Generalist function including payroll on Sage 300
- Strong experience working in a unionised environment and engaging with employee representatives.
- Comfortable handling disciplinary matters, grievances, consultations, and negotiations with unions.
- Good understanding of South African labour legislation and collective bargaining processes.
- Able to build constructive relationships while remaining firm and objective when required.
- Experience dealing with blue-collar/workforce-intensive environments would be advantageous

- Candidates need to be confident, articulate and professional
- Able to build strong relationships at every level of the business.
