Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate new leads.
Develop, grow and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare accurate quotations, sales reports and forecasts.
Follow up on quotations and leads to convert opportunities into sales.
Drive sales growth and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
Stay up to date with market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
Provide professional and efficient service to clients throughout the sales process.
Conduct product demonstrations or client visits when required.

Minimum Requirements:

2-3 years of proven Internal Sales experience.
Experience within the industrial, warehouse or material handling equipment will be highly advantageous.
Comfortable working with MS Office.
Sage/Pastel experience will be an advantage.
A valid driver’s licence.
Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
A confident, energetic and target-driven approach.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
Professional appearance and a positive, go-getter attitude.
