Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and understand customer queries and requirements
  • Accurately record customer queries and communicate them to the relevant technical staff for assistance
  • Respond to customer emails professionally, ensuring clear and accurate written English
  • Prepare customer quotations using Microsoft Excel
  • Capture and process invoices using the company’s invoicing system
  • Assist the accountant with cash-up reconciliations and liaise with the accountant regarding any queries or discrepancies
  • Engage professionally with customers, taking the time to understand their needs and assist in finding effective solutions
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Previous experience in sales
  • Must be computer literate
