Minimum requirements:

• Develop and manage international client relationships and business opportunities
• Identify and target international markets and industries with recruitment demand
• Source, screen and interview candidates for international vacancies
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement
• Build and maintain a strong international candidate network
• Conduct business development and cold calling to generate new opportunities
• Research international markets, companies and recruitment trends
• Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Work towards individual and branch recruitment targets
• Ensure a high level of service and professionalism throughout the placement process
• Keep up to date with international recruitment trends, market requirements and relevant employment practices
• Ambitious and hungry to succeed
• Confident speaking to people and building relationships
• Comfortable picking up the phone and making business development calls
• Naturally persuasive and commercially minded
• Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
• Resilient and able to handle challenges and rejection
• A strong communicator with excellent English
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Curious about international markets and different industries
• Comfortable using technology, LinkedIn and online platforms
• A team player who takes ownership of their work
