Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
  • 10+ years' experience building full-stack web applications
  • 3+ years in a Lead or Senior Engineering role
  • Strong experience with:
    • .NET/C#, Node.js, or Java
    • Angular, React, Next.js, Vue, or Svelte
    • TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS3
    • SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
    • Azure and/or AWS
    • Docker, Kubernetes, AKS/EKS
    • CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Cloud, AI/LLM integration, and relevant certifications are advantageous.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, test, and deploy end-to-end software solutions
  • Lead architecture and technology decisions
  • Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and DevSecOps standards
  • Mentor and develop junior and senior engineers
  • Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Champion modern development practices, including AI-assisted engineering and automation.
