Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) New Sales Executive - Emalahleni (Witbank); Mpumalanga

Sales & Business Development

• Sell new and used light commercial vehicles and related products
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SME, corporate, logistics, transport, and fleet sectors
• Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Conduct customer needs analyses and recommend suitable vehicle solutions
• Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and vehicle finance options

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries promptly
• Manage customer databases and maintain accurate records

• Complete sales documentation accurately and timeously
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Track and report sales performance and pipeline activity
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and handover processes

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Stay informed about product specifications, features, pricing, and promotions

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• Sales, Marketing, or Business qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 2-3 years' LCV sales experience
• Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales preferred
• Experience selling Sprinter vans, panel vans, chassis cabs, etc
• Sound knowledge of the Kerridge system
• Valid driver's licence
• Ability to conduct test drives
• Willingness to work weekends and dealership promotional events when required
• Should reside within an easy commute to and from Witbank (eMalahleni)
• Motor Industry experience Essential!
