Marketing Manager - Verseker

About the role

You'll own our marketing strategy end-to-end - building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and converting interest into sales. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who understands how to market and sell a service directly to individual consumers.

Requirements

• Fluent in Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager
• Strong B2C marketing background - ideally from insurance, financial services, telecoms, subscription, membership, healthcare, education or similar service industries
• Solid digital marketing experience across social media, content and campaign management
• Strong grasp of customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion
• Experience managing both digital and traditional marketing channels
• Commercially driven, with a track record of hitting measurable growth targets

• Develop and execute overall marketing strategy
• Build brand awareness and market positioning
• Drive customer acquisition and lead-generation campaigns
• Manage digital, social, content and traditional marketing channels
• Develop messaging tailored to the Afrikaans-speaking consumer market
• Partner with sales to support conversion and revenue growth
• Manage agencies, suppliers, budgets and campaign performance
• Track cost per lead, conversion rates and ROI
• Identify new market opportunities and partnerships
