Master Vehicle Technician

Fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician with Red Seal Trade Test.

Master Technician certification.

Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience within a franchised motor dealership.

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding experience.

Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle systems.

Experience using OEM diagnostic equipment and manufacturer technical systems.

Strong understanding of modern vehicle electronics, CAN-bus systems and vehicle control modules.

Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex technical faults accurately.

Computer literate and comfortable using dealership/workshop management systems.

Ability to conduct final inspections and quality-control checks.

Strong knowledge of manufacturer repair procedures and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail with a “fix right first time” mindset.

Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical faults clearly.

Able to work effectively under pressure and meet set deadlines.
