Minimum Requirements:

  • Payroll, accounting, finance, or equivalent qualification and Matric (Grade 12)

  • Proven experience with Sage 300 and VIP Premier Payroll.

  • Experience managing large payroll of approximately 1800 employees.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, including proficiency including VLOOKUP.

Minimum Responsibilities:

  • Administration and management of all payroll-related matters and queries.

  • Assistance with CCMA matters, in conjunction with NEASA, who manages the company's labour disputes.

  • Administration relating to COIDA/ Workmen's Compensation.

  • Ability to work accurately under strict payroll deadlines.
