Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant qualification in Payroll, Finance, Human Resources or a related field will be advantageous
  • 3 Years’ experience in payroll administration
  • Proficiency in Sage 300 Payroll
  • Previous experience working with employee clock-in/clocking systems
  • Strong payroll capturing experience - the role involves a high volume of data capturing
  • Experience processing and capturing employee information accurately
  • Good understanding of payroll processes and procedures
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll deadlines
  • Valid drivers license plus own reliable vehicle
