Minimum Requirements
- BTech or BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Professional Registration (Pr.QS)
- Minimum 4-5 years’ experience (up to 6-10 years’ experience will be advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license

- Review and evaluate design documentation
- Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates
- Compile Bills of Quantities and contract documentation
- Conduct financial evaluation of tenders
- Administer cash flow forecasts, cost reports, valuations, variation orders, and contractual claims
- Prepare and negotiate final accounts
- Attend project and client meetings
- Formulate, review, and analyse repair estimates
- Prepare viability studies, damage costings, and determine value at risk
- Liaise and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors
