Key Responsibilities

Property Sales & Leasing

• Market and sell residential, commercial, retail, and industrial properties
• Manage property sales and leasing transactions from listing through to successful transfer
• Conduct property valuations, viewings, negotiations, and client presentations
• Build and manage a profitable property portfolio
• Deliver exceptional service to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors

Business Development

• Generate new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
• Build long-term relationships with property owners, investors, developers, landlords, and corporate clients
• Identify new sales and leasing opportunities within your market
• Grow your personal property pipeline and referral network

Client Relationship Management

• Provide professional property advice and market insights
• Build trusted relationships through exceptional customer service
• Negotiate successful property transactions
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat clients and referral partners

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in Residential, Commercial, Retail, or Industrial Real Estate
• Property sales or property leasing experience
• Proven business development and sales experience
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for property and customer service
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
• PPRA Registration or Fidelity Fund Certificate (advantageous)
