Receptionist

• Matric is not essential; school leavers and matriculants are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. (Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential to assist customers effectively.)
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn the company's invoicing system.
• Good numerical ability.
• A friendly, helpful and professional attitude.
• Reliable, punctual and well-organised.
• Own reliable transport to and from work is essential.
• Previous work experience is an advantage but is not essential. Training can be provided to the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Answering incoming telephone calls and handling general enquiries.
• Welcoming walk-in customers and assisting them with their stationery requirements.
• Assisting customers with collecting their pre-ordered online purchases.
• Preparing invoices and processing customer payments.
• Providing refreshments and making coffee for visiting clients.
• Keeping the reception and customer area neat and presentable.
• Providing general administrative support where required.
