Receptionist Intern - YES Internship (Somerset West)

• Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it is kept neat and professional.
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
• Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms.
• Assist with general administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Respond to emails and general enquiries.
• Provide support to various departments when required.
• Assist with coordinating meetings and other office activities.
• Perform any other reasonable administrative duties as required.

• Grade 12
• Higher qualification in Administration, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous reception or administrative experience will be advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
• Well-presented, professional, and friendly.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
