Report to: Finance Manager

PURPOSE OF JOB

Looking for a pro-active, results driven candidate to oversee and coordinate the administration process on a daily basis.

Providing administrative support to other departments and ensuring accurate information flow. Attention to detail is essential.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Administration of the ERP application system.
Generating PI's in ERP for sundry invoices daily.
Processing and reconciling bulk invoices.
General Administration & HR functions.
Administer the Branch Petty Cash.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience

Matric (Grade 12 Certificate).
Relevant Administrative certificate or qualification.
Valid Code 08/EB driver's license.
3 - 5 Years' administrative experience.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word.
Computer literacy and accounting knowledge.
