Senior Billing Analyst (Mobility & Direct Debits Controller)

Job Overview

The Senior Billing Analyst (Mobility & Direct Debits Controller) is responsible for executing and monitoring Mobility billing processes, supporting invoice generation, validating pricing and revenue data, managing direct debit administration, and resolving billing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor Mobility billing processes
  • Support end-to-end invoice generation and billing validation activities
  • Manage direct debit administration activities
  • Resolve direct debit exceptions and coordinate corrective actions
  • Perform revenue reconciliations
  • Support stakeholder queries and dispute management
  • Contribute to KPI reporting and process improvement initiatives
  • Act as a Super User and SME for Mobility billing processes

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or equivalent
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Billing, Revenue Accounting, or Finance Operations
  • Experience with SAP or major ERP systems
  • Multinational experience in Oil & Gas, Energy or Manufacturing Industries preferred
