Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web and software applications.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to system design, solution architecture, estimation, and technical planning.

• Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance business outcomes.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of software development experience within enterprise environments.
• Strong experience developing applications using Java technologies.
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to design and structure solutions within enterprise environments.
• Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders.
• Exposure to Agile software delivery methodologies.
• Java development.
• Spring Framework.
• Spring Boot.
• RESTful API development.
• Relational database technologies including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• ORM technologies including Hibernate, JPA, and Spring Data.
• Cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS.
• Build tools such as Maven and Gradle.
• Event-driven architecture and messaging platforms.
• Git version control and software engineering best practices.
• Infrastructure as Code exposure, including Terraform or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Strong customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
