What you'll do
- Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA
- Support Workforce Scheduling and Time & Attendance processes
- Deliver configuration changes and system enhancements
- Monitor integrations, system performance, and stability
- Perform testing and support releases
- Partner with business users, SAP teams, and vendors
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
What we're looking for
- 3+ years' Workforce Software (WFS) experience
- Strong knowledge of Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and WFS configuration
- AMS/Application Support experience
- Experience with incident, change, and service request management
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to SAP environments and ITIL practices is advantageous
