Spa Manager

Our well-established client in Roodeplaat, Pretoria is looking to add an experienced Spa Manager to their team. Should you have an ITEC accredited qualification coupled with 5 years’ management experience in a beauty salon we’d like to hear from you.

Requirements:

· ITEC accredited qualification

· 5+ years’ management experience in a Beauty Salon

· Cruise ship experience preferred

· 28 - 35 years of age

· South African citizen

· Only female applicants

Salary:

· R18,000 c.t.c.

· Commission based on KPIs

Responsibilities:

· · Assist with various treatments

· Stock control and stock takes

· Guest relations

· Check guests in and out of the lodge

· Admin

· Problem solving

· Manage guest feed-back

· Manage reservations and bookings

· Ensure maintenance of building and gardens are up-to-date

· Assist with guest queries

· Assist with venue viewings

· Marketing

· Manage bookings

· Manage therapists’ schedules

· Open & close spa

· HR related duties
