  • The person’s primary duties will be to manage all supply chain related issues for the International Business department through intensive administrative tasks and working with a select portfolio of existing export clients.
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales Consultant, including resolving pricing, product, and technical issues.
  • Regular analyses of sales and customer data in SAP, and preparation of reports in .xls and .ppt format for customers and management.
  • Ensuring adherence to all necessary export procedures and assist in the collection of related documentation.
  • Adhering to, and keeping up to date with all internal and external document and record-keeping requirements.
  • May be required to travel to assist with shows, training, installation, and after-sales support.
Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification with Supply Chain or International Trade at least 5 years’ experience
  • SAP Experience
