Hire Resolve's client, a leading logistics solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Manager to join their team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all tax-related activities within their organization, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations while minimizing tax liabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage all tax-related activities, including tax planning, compliance, and audits
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and government tax authorities
- Analyze financial statements and provide tax-related advice and recommendations
- 5+ years of experience as a Tax Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Strong knowledge of International tax laws and regulation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Postgrad in Taxation is Preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to non-tax professionals
- Experience with logistics or supply chain industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
