We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Code 10 Driver / General Worker for a temporary assignment based in Montague Gardens.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deliveries and collections, loading and offloading stock, checking delivery documentation and assisting with general warehouse duties when not on the road.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working across both driving and warehouse operations and who is available to start at short notice.

Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out deliveries and collections as required.
Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
Load and offload goods safely.
Check delivery documentation.
Confirm goods are correctly accounted for.
Assist with picking and packing.
Assist with moving and handling stock.
Support general warehouse duties.
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
Keep the work vehicle clean and presentable.
Follow warehouse and safety procedures.
Assist the operational team when not out on deliveries.
Report delivery or stock discrepancies to the relevant supervisor.
Follow instructions from the warehouse or operations team.

Minimum Requirements

Valid Code 10 driver’s licence.
Previous driving experience.
Previous delivery experience.
Physically fit and able to assist with loading and offloading.
Willing to perform both driving and warehouse duties.
Reliable and punctual.
Good attention to detail.
Able to follow instructions.
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Must be able to work in Montague Gardens.
Must be available to start immediately.
Must be willing to accept temporary work.

Advantageous

Previous warehouse experience.
General Worker experience.
Picking and packing experience.
Distribution or logistics experience.
Experience handling delivery documentation.
