UI/UX Product Designer

Job Description:

• Translating product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Delivering build-ready prototypes with minimal back-and-forth for engineers
• Owning design system execution, including component libraries and pattern alignment
• Working closely with engineering on component build-out and system consistency
• Collaborating with Product Managers and stakeholders to balance user needs and technical constraints
• Iterating on designs based on feedback, product data, and research insights
• Maintaining high standards of usability, accessibility, and delivery quality

Skills & Experience:

Tech Stack & Tools:

• Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Design systems & design tokens
• Storybook alignment
• Design-to-code tooling (e.g. Figma Code Connect or similar)
• Agile / product squad environments

Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience working within a design system (not just using one)
• Proven ability to deliver build-ready designs in complex platforms (SaaS, fintech, or enterprise)
• Solid understanding of front-end applications and how designs translate into code
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers and product teams
• Good judgement around usability, accessibility, and scalable design
• Experience in high-transaction or operational platforms (advantageous)

Qualification:

Relevant qualification in Design, UX, HCI, or related field

Strong portfolio demonstrating system thinking and end-to-end delivery
