The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily outbound shipments by managing order creation, shipment documentation, and customer delivery requirements. This role supports the Baltimore Distribution Center by partnering with warehouse, customer service, production, planners, order processors, sales teams, and site leadership to ensure timely shipments and drive defined Danaher Business System KPI performance.
This position reports to the Manager- Operations and is part of the Baltimore Distribution Center located in Baltimore, Maryland and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order release through delivery, including order creation, SAP transactions, manual deliveries, shipment monitoring, reconciliation, and preparation of shipping documents such as commercial invoices.
Partner with customers, planners, order processors, warehouse teams, customer service, production, sales, and site leadership to prioritize daily operations, support timely shipments, and maintain clear communication with Pall internal and external customers.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures, quality standards, safety expectations, and operations leadership direction while supporting Daily 5S, inventory entries, Microsoft Office reporting, and Danaher Business System KPI performance.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma or GED with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Five years of experience in a distribution or warehouse environment, including shipping, picking, packing/loading, receiving, or stocking; transferable experience may be considered.
Working knowledge of warehouse shipping processes and SAP, including delivery creation, order monitoring, and inventory transactions; forklift certification preferred or willingness to operate site equipment as required.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and up to 70 pounds periodically with assistance.
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for extended periods of time.
Ability to work overtime as needed or required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Forklift operation in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
Supporting Daily 5S, continuous improvement, and Danaher Business System or similar KPI-driven operating processes.
Shift hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

The hourly range for this role is $26-$28/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
