This is a senior client strategy role responsible for leading complex, high-value B2B client relationships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You’ll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to VP- and C-suite stakeholders, connecting marketing activity to measurable business and revenue outcomes.
The role combines client leadership, commercial ownership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination across multiple marketing disciplines.
You’ll oversee retention and expansion strategies while managing portfolio economics, forecasting, scope, renewals, and overall client health.
Working across Paid Media, SEO, Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps, you’ll bring teams together around integrated growth strategies and shared objectives.
Success will depend on your ability to turn complex performance data into compelling executive narratives and actionable business recommendations.

Accountabilities
Own strategic client relationships across a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth B2B technology and SaaS accounts, serving as the senior day-to-day strategic point of contact.
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including VP-, CMO-, CRO-, and other executive-level leaders.
Develop and execute retention, renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies that contribute to portfolio growth and Net Revenue Retention.
Take commercial ownership of the portfolio, including forecasting, margin health, scope management, renewal economics, and commercial negotiations.
Design integrated growth strategies spanning Paid Media, SEO and Content, CRO, Creative, and Revenue Operations.
Align cross-functional channel specialists, project managers, and operational teams around client priorities, business outcomes, and delivery expectations.
Lead quarterly business reviews and executive-level presentations, translating performance data into clear narratives connected to revenue and business impact.
Proactively identify client risks, delivery challenges, and relationship concerns, implementing mitigation plans before issues require executive escalation.
Mentor strategists, analysts, and project teams, strengthening strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and accountability.
Monitor key relationship and portfolio indicators, including Net Revenue Retention, renewal performance, and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about emerging industry developments, AI, automation, and evolving approaches that can improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.
7-12 years of experience in agency, consulting, client services, or a closely related environment, with substantial experience supporting B2B SaaS or technology clients.
Demonstrated experience managing significant client portfolios and owning renewal, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives, ideally across portfolios valued at $2M or more.
Strong working knowledge across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps, with the ability to connect channel execution to broader business outcomes.
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, including VP, CMO, CRO, and C-suite-level clients.
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to present complex performance information as concise, compelling business narratives.
Commercial acumen and confidence managing forecasts, margins, scope, portfolio economics, and renewal discussions.
Strong strategic and operational capabilities, with the ability to establish direction while maintaining executional discipline.
Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.
