Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Account Director - Promotional Medical Education based in United States.

This is a senior account leadership opportunity within a science-driven medical communications environment supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients.

You will oversee the strategic and day-to-day management of assigned accounts while guiding teams responsible for delivering high-quality medical education programs.

The role combines client leadership, people management, financial oversight, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will build trusted relationships with clients, key faculty, medical associations, and other healthcare stakeholders while translating scientific and business objectives into effective programs.

You will have the opportunity to shape new initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and contribute innovative ideas that strengthen existing client partnerships.

The position offers significant autonomy, visibility with senior leadership, and the chance to mentor account professionals at different stages of their careers.

A flexible, predominantly remote environment supports collaboration, work-life balance, and high-quality delivery across geographically distributed teams.
