Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Council Growth Lead based in India.

As an AI Council Growth Lead, you will help operate and grow a senior executive community focused on AI across retail and consumer industries.

You will sit at the intersection of member engagement, business development, community operations, events, and marketing coordination.

The role involves building strong relationships with senior executives, prospective members, sponsors, and strategic industry contacts.

You will manage the day-to-day operational engine of the community while supporting programming and the planning of major events.

Your work will help strengthen member engagement, identify growth opportunities, and ensure every interaction delivers meaningful value.

This is a hands-on role for an organized and proactive professional who enjoys ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and a fast-moving environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with council members, prospective members, sponsors, and key industry contacts.

    • Keep members engaged between meetings through consistent communication, targeted outreach, thoughtful follow-ups, and relationship management.

    • Monitor participation and engagement levels, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships or reconnect with inactive members.

    • Support senior leadership in managing important member and executive relationships.

    • Identify and engage prospective members, sponsors, and strategic participants to support community growth.

    • Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects, opportunities, follow-ups, and next steps.

    • Work with leadership and sales teams to identify opportunities across membership, sponsorship, research, advisory services, and events.

    • Ensure timely follow-through on leads and opportunities generated through meetings, introductions, and events.

    • Manage operational activities including member lists, contact records, calendars, meeting preparation, and follow-up tracking.

    • Maintain accurate records of membership status, attendance, engagement, and relationship activity.

    • Develop practical trackers, workflows, and processes that improve consistency, visibility, and accountability.

    • Provide regular updates on engagement, pipeline activity, follow-ups, and key opportunities.

    • Support monthly programming by coordinating agendas, speakers, discussion topics, and member participation.

    • Coordinate with research, events, marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure programming is well prepared and aligned with priorities.

    • Translate ideas and strategic priorities into clear action plans, timelines, and actionable next steps.

    • Support the planning and execution of the annual conference and other major community events.

    • Help ensure every member interaction is organized, relevant, and valuable.

    • Requirements:

      • Experience in account management, client success, partnerships, business development, executive communities, membership programs, or a related field.

      • Proven experience working with senior executives and managing professional relationships.

      • Background in retail, technology, research, advisory, events, innovation, or similarly fast-paced environments is preferred.

      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across different teams.

      • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication skills.

      • Excellent organization, project management, and follow-up discipline.

      • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify potential growth, partnership, and business development opportunities.

      • Strong initiative and ownership, with the ability to work independently and proactively.

      • Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to managing information and workflows.

      • Ability to translate broad priorities into clear plans, actions, deadlines, and follow-ups.

      • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities.

      • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining accountability for deliverables.

      • Availability to work with required US time-zone overlap.

      • Benefits:

        • Employment type: Full-time.

        • Work arrangement: Fully remote from India.

        • Location: Remote, with required overlap with US working hours.

        • Career scope: Opportunity to work directly with senior executives and influential professionals across AI, retail, and consumer industries.

        • Professional exposure: Experience spanning community growth, executive engagement, business development, events, research, and partnerships.

        • Ownership: Hands-on responsibility for day-to-day operations and growth initiatives.

        • Collaboration: Cross-functional exposure to leadership, sales, research, marketing, and events teams.

        • Development: Opportunity to build expertise in executive community management, strategic partnerships, and AI-focused industry initiatives.
