Analista de Dados

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Dados based in Brazil.

As a Data Analyst, you will play an important role in transforming raw information into reliable, actionable insights.

You’ll work across data extraction, organization, visualization, reporting, and process mapping to support business decisions.

The role combines hands-on technical work with collaboration across teams and support for ongoing technology initiatives.

You’ll help identify data and technology needs while ensuring information is structured, standardized, and accessible.

You’ll also contribute to reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to different stakeholders.

Working with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud technologies, you’ll operate in a data-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

• Extract, organize, standardize, and maintain data sets to ensure information is structured and reliable.
• Build reports, dashboards, presentations, and visualizations using appropriate data and reporting tools.
• Gather requirements and map business processes to support effective data organization and solutions.
• Provide support for data extraction, analysis, visualization, and other business intelligence requests.
• Evaluate business needs and identify opportunities for technology and data-driven solutions.
• Support junior data analysts by providing guidance and technical assistance when required.
• Provide operational support to the area’s supervision and contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Technologist degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases and data extraction.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize complex information clearly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and provide reliable support in a data-focused environment.
• Python knowledge is considered an advantage.
