Analista de IAM Sênior - Governança

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de IAM Sênior - Governança based in Brazil.

This is a senior cybersecurity and identity governance role focused on protecting digital assets through effective management of identities and access. You will oversee the identity lifecycle and help ensure that access rights remain appropriate, secure, and aligned with governance standards. The position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with leading identity platforms, particularly SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and Microsoft Entra ID. You will collaborate with business, security, and audit stakeholders to strengthen access controls and support a mature security environment. Your expertise will contribute directly to enforcing least-privilege principles, segregation of duties, and regular access reviews. This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in the State of São Paulo.

Accountabilities:

• Manage and support the identity and access management lifecycle within a corporate environment, ensuring that identities and access privileges are created, maintained, reviewed, and removed appropriately.
• Administer and evolve SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) capabilities, including identity sources, provisioning processes, access certifications, and workflows.
• Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group administration, conditional access policies, authentication configurations, and related identity controls.
• Apply identity governance best practices, including the principle of least privilege, segregation of duties (SoD), identity lifecycle management, and periodic access reviews.
• Support the continuous improvement and evolution of the identity governance environment, identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, processes, and security practices.
• Work collaboratively with business, cybersecurity, and audit teams to understand requirements, resolve identity and access issues, and communicate technical topics clearly to different stakeholders.
• Contribute to the security and governance of digital assets by ensuring that access decisions are appropriately controlled, documented, and aligned with organizational policies.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within a corporate environment, with a strong understanding of identity governance and access control practices.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), including administration of identity sources, provisioning, access certification processes, and workflows.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group management, conditional access policies, authentication, and identity-related security controls.
• Strong understanding of identity governance concepts such as identity lifecycle management, segregation of duties (SoD), least privilege, and access reviews, with the ability to apply these principles in real-world environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, auditors, and other technical professionals.
• Proactive and analytical approach to identifying access governance risks and opportunities for improvement, with the ability to work independently in a senior-level role.
• Nice to have: SailPoint certifications or Microsoft security certifications such as SC-300.
• Location requirement: Candidates must reside in the State of São Paulo, Brazil, due to onboarding requirements and company-provided laptop delivery.
