Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analyst, Remarketing Enhancement & Make Ready based in the United States.

This fully remote role supports the growth and scaling of vehicle enhancement and make-ready programs across multiple branches and regions. You’ll play an important part in using data and operational insights to improve execution, control costs, and reduce cycle times. The position combines analytics, reporting, vendor performance management, process documentation, and continuous improvement. You’ll establish performance baselines, monitor key metrics, identify trends and risks, and turn operational data into actionable recommendations. The role also provides exposure to cross-functional projects, pilot programs, process rollouts, and leadership planning. Success requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to connect operational performance with financial and customer outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional looking to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced, evolving remarketing environment.

Accountabilities:

    • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards covering enhancement volumes, cycle times, aging, completion status, exceptions, and other key program metrics.
    • Establish performance baselines and monitor trends to provide leadership with clear visibility into program performance and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Analyze internal and vendor-related costs, vendor utilization, service-level performance, and cost variances to identify opportunities for stronger margins, pricing discipline, and vendor effectiveness.
    • Track vendor performance against established expectations and surface operational or financial risks requiring attention.
    • Document enhancement and make-ready workflows, contribute to standard operating procedures, and support consistent processes across branches and regions.
    • Support pilot programs and program rollouts by validating data, tracking issues, documenting processes, and assisting with training materials.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks, recurring errors, billing issues, and other inefficiencies, providing data-backed recommendations for process, policy, or system improvements.
    • Prepare analytical summaries, presentations, and performance updates for leadership meetings, operational reviews, and planning discussions.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and the Manager of Remarketing Enhancements to support program execution, scalability, and continuous improvement.
    • Contribute to initiatives designed to support Gross Transaction Value growth, improve seller experience, strengthen operational efficiency, and maintain cost discipline.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in an analyst, operations support, business analytics, process improvement, or similar role.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
      • Experience developing reports, dashboards, performance metrics, or other analytical tools to support business decisions.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly when managing multiple metrics, workflows, stakeholders, and deadlines.
      • Ability to identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities through quantitative analysis.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both operational teams and leadership.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
      • Experience with process documentation, continuous improvement, or operational program support is valuable.
      • Lean/Six Sigma, data analytics, or business intelligence certifications are preferred but not required.
      • Benefits

        • Fully remote position based in the United States.
        • Full-time employment.
        • Annual salary range of $56,200-$70,250, with compensation determined using location-based market data and other relevant factors.
        • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
        • Basic life insurance.
        • 401(k) plan with 100% company matching on the first 4% contributed.
        • 15 days of paid time off (PTO) each year.
